Together, Wellness Wishes and Victory for Veterans are addressing an important cause: veterans, their families and communities, and we’re celebrating the end of 2019 with a special Veterans Package Raffle.

 

How We Make An Impact:

Wellness Wishes and Victory for Veterans, both 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, promote and manage various programs that address veteran’s issues:

• Wellness Wishes’ Veterans Ambassadors Program integrates ambassadors into veteran communities to engage public relations, drive engagement, promote awareness and raise funds regarding veterans’ issues, as well as interact personally with veteran groups, services and healthcare facilities.  Some Ambassadors also serve as pet therapy handles, brining this unique type of therapy to the communities.

• Wellness Wishes’ Rescued Wishes Program saves lives by rescuing animals from dangerous situations and placing them into safe and loving homes of our nation’s great veterans (and in first responder departments) across the country.  In addition to the cost of placement, Wellness Wishes eliminates financial burden by covering the cost of monthly food and supplies.

• Victory for Veterans has many programs to honor our nation’s heroes, including their Memorial Day Flowers Initiative and their flagship Warriors for Life Program, a program devoted to reducing the effect of injuries (physical, mental and emotional) and eliminating veteran suicide.  The Warriors for Life Program provides online, real-time support throughout the week, and participants are invited to share their stories, or listen in anonymously.

• Currently, Victory for Veterans is working to create wellness centers in key cities across the country.  These much-needed centers will provide holistic and alternative therapies to veterans (and first responders) at no cost to them.

Show Your Support December 3rd - December 30th; Drawing December 31st:

• Simply log onto the webpage where you will be prompted for personal information and to purchase your $100 raffle ticket.  

• Shortly after purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Within 24 hours, you will receive a personal email from Wellness Wishes that will contain your raffle ticket number and picture of the actual ticket.

• Raffle kicks off Giving Tuesday, Tuesday December 3, 2019 and will run until December 30, 2019, and you can purchase as many tickets as you’d like in that time frame.

• At 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, the drawing will be held, and the winners will be notified immediately.

• Victory for Veterans commemorative coins will be mailed out to ALL raffle ticket holders after the drawing.
